Don't know what age you are, started to happen to me at about 66. I take melatonin and for a while if I drank a few beers it would also happen. Now I find my self staying up til midnight, then sleep comes easier and I don't wake up
I wake up just about every night between 3 and 4am. Ususlly go to sleep between 10 and 12p and usually up for the day at 6 or 7a. Often I'll take a whizz if I'm up, but don't seem to wake up cause I gotta go. Almost always up...wide awake...for right at an hour. When I wake up its like I've had 2 cups of coffee awake.
27. It's eased up as of late. I've been on the keto diet for a minute now and read somewhere if you deviate off it for a bit it can screw up your sleep cycle. I'm hoping that's the case because every time I think how well I've been sleeping as of late it starts again.
