Don't know what age you are, started to happen to me at about 66. I take melatonin and for a while if I drank a few beers it would also happen. Now I find my self staying up til midnight, then sleep comes easier and I don't wake upTrying to find out if anyone else is experiencing the same thing I am. For the past two months I've been consistently waking up at the same times. Once at 11:10 and at 1:30ish. Every night this happens and it started out of nowhere. Often times I may be able to fall back asleep after the first round but typically I can't go back to sleep after the second bout. I'm physically active, don't drink caffeine past 2PM and I've got a comfortable bed. I've tried just going to sleep later but that hasn't helped.
Anyone have some insight?
27. It's eased up as of late. I've been on the keto diet for a minute now and read somewhere if you deviate off it for a bit it can screw up your sleep cycle. Sleep issues have been following me for the past 3 weeks. It happened because of the recurring red snake in my dreams. I was told that the atmosphere in which you are falling asleep is reasonably important. Our dreams really depend on that.
