Who has sleep issues?

Seroquel works for me. I used to wake up between 1 and 2 in the morning. Had no problem going to sleep, just couldn't stay asleep. I think it's because I sleep so good with my CPAP. I've tried to wean myself off of the seroquel but after a couple of nights without it, I start back to waking up.

I have sleep issues..... Fatal_Bert Fatal_Bert ’s disdain for DJT keeps me awake. Oh, and the Democrats keep me awake too.
But then i take a few ambien, 2-10 shots of bourbon, some melatonin, a few quaaludes and curl up into a ball and think how great America is....and i drift off into a peaceful slumber. :cool-new:
Sounds like my routine

Funny this thread popped up tonight, my doc just gave me a referral for a sleep doc. I know I have sleep apnea...I snore and my wife says I stop breathing often when I sleep. I’m not sue I will like a c-pap machine

All these scenarios sound too familiar. Could be falling asleep on the couch in the living and move to the bed and be wide awake. Mind races and can’t shut it down. But like others said, can be stress, environment, tv on, gf/wife. Tried melatonin, got prescribed Trazodone but that made me feel worse the next day, like a bad hangover. Think I just deal with minimal sleep now and run off beer!

Sleep issues have been following me for the past 3 weeks. It happened because of the recurring red snake in my dreams. I was told that the atmosphere in which you are falling asleep is reasonably important. Our dreams really depend on that. When coming across her amazingly built blog dreams-meaning.com I made up my mind to consult the specialist Amanda. She is the author of this blog and has changed a lot in my mind. Due to her priceless recommendations, I have arranged my thoughts, my mindset in general. I assume that this will undoubtedly help you if you encounter a similar problem.

It's fired up again. Waking up every two hours now. Going to sleep at 7:30, getting up at 9:30, approximately midnight and then two and wake up for work at 3:20. ****'s annoying as hell. I just want to sleep.
