You are a better judge than any of us of what is really gong on here. If it were me and I could not explain it to my satisfaction, there is no way in hell my child would ever be in that room again. It does not matter if you think it's super natural or a natural, but unexplained phenomenon, the key is that it is unexplained. No way my child would be exposed to it again until it WAS explained.
