Respectfully, I wouldn't worry about things that are and have been completely outve your perspective. You do bring up a good point though that I'm now interested in. Starling being mobile and devices and drones and other things being tied to those...Starlink (which I've utilized) may be a great option for anonymity and mobility for someone that's mobile of course.Considering I have no idea what OTHR stands for, you're probably right.
