Cilantro - love it or hate it

Used to hate it when I was younger. Now I like it and eat the hell out of it.

Love it. Asked the lady at the Mexican restaurant why they didn't use more cilantro in their salsa and she said Americans think it taste like soap.
I guess that just validates what was published.

I'd never heard the soap thing.

I did read years ago that some people can't taste it at all, which includes me. It has all the taste of little pieces of iceberg lettuce to my taste buds. Between that and the soap-flavored foloks, I'm not surprised it's not more common.

Love it. Just made a big batch of salsa with everything I'm getting out of the garden. The only things in the salsa I didn't grow was the cilantro and the red onion.

I am making some quick Blacken fish corn taco's today, I have it in the salsa and I also use hair cabbage..Love it. Wish I had some Feta, just have some Pepper jack to add..It will eat..Next time will have avocado add, ran out.
