Baby desert. Only because I like quirky looking guns. You could dual wield it with something like a Steyr A2 for maximum style points.

The AR is a more versatile tool in my opinion. Easy enough for most family members to use for self defense, with training of course, and holds more rounds than the average pistol.

Like it stated in the OP, I already have an AR. I don't have a Baby Desert Eagle. I would go for it just on that account and I think it is pretty nice looking pistol to be honest. Also, love the 45ACP round.
