Sunday fish fry

Fried up about a 30lb mix of catfish and spot bass for our church supper Sunday night. Also throwed some gar nuggets, chanterelles, and hushpuppies in the grease. All kinds of good eats. I have grown really fond of using 1/3 all purpose flour to 2/3 cornmeal for frying fish. It makes for a good crispy texture on fish and what not.

Good place to be, I met my wife in church
