It passed those Dick Heads in the House of Representatives, now it needs to pass the Senate with with 60 Votes. Both of these Houses make up Congress.

The aforementioned member is just expressing his opinions as many of us do.
Don’t think he should be penalized for minor missteps.
I mean, who among us hasn’t gone on a profanity-laced tirade now and then?
