    Thanks for the offer. I am beginning to believe my dream of getting it done on a cnc, etc may be unrealistic. If I can't get it figured out and I'm up that way, I'll drop you a line and show up w/ some 3/8" bar stock.

I should clarify that I'm nowhere near adventurous enough to try anything technical like the adjustable one, nor sufficiently artistically inclined to shape something like that in the first photo. Kinda looking for the form of the spacer on the adjustable at the thickness...

    It's just the trigger. If the pull wasn't so long and heavy, I would still own mine and use it as a primary carry. But it is, so I switched to a G26. Love the modularity of the sig though.
