It was awesome. I see what all the hype is now about having a smoker.
Friend of mine built this, we smoke boston butts most of the time
ohhhhh man...
Now that's a lot of butts!!!

Will smoke just about anything! Favorite over the last year has been smoked mac-n-cheese!

I like to smoke brats and talapia. They smoke quick and are fairly inexpensive.
