Just talk to the apartment and the police. Record it. It is unlawful to cuss in the presence a minor like that.

I was going to mention that eventually.

Rather than recording it, I'd wait until he got cranked up good, and call for an officer. If you record it, you are just going to get tied up in a lot of buck passing.
