Always sad to see the passing of another icon.
The latest wussified generation will just let our history be forgotten.

When they had gun shows next to the old Cowboys, they had a parking space reserved for "Wildman".

If you have to ask, you did not. Not many can say they have but one never knows..

I visited him a few months ago and showed him a few Klan tokens. He let out a big grin and asked if they were for sale. I gave him a price and he grinned even bigger. His wife (?) kinda ran interference for him, but once she verified what I had, I could see Dent himself. When I got home, I found a few more things and just mailed them to him (for free.) The following week, I got a stuffed envelope from him with several of his postcards and memorabilia. Truly a fountain of knowledge.

Went by last week and the store looked closed down. I hope his store and storage buildings goes to a family member that will keep it as is. But as stated they will turn it into a mid rise
Use to stop in from time to time and chat.
RIP Sir you will be truly missed.
