boom...anyone recommend a charter they like in destin...boom

yeah I know a few down there. Went out one time in destin years ago with an ex gf. my brother and i caught good sized kings and my gf caught nothing. Finally she hooked one and reeled it all the way in, only to have the charter captain come over and dehook it right back into the water hahaha she was pissed. It was a bonito (no food value) anyway, but it was still funny to see her flip her s**t

is your avatar a pic of your boat? We have a 53 foot Hatteras sportfisher. Its a 1973 but with all the upgrades and restorations we did, it looks like brand new

Yep, nothing that big though, Cruisers Holiday 260. We tow it around, to fresh and salt water.

Wrong, theres something called "catching" that is much better! Problem now is that with all the regs you just about need a guide to keep you straight! Give the close in scalloping a try,thats not so bad either.

Agreed, and yes, all the regulations are ridiculous sometimes....only positive thing is that it keeps from overfishing, still sucks though

but even though "catching is better than "fishing", either is better than being stuck inside all day
