I don't watch the NBA now, but I did a few years ago. Kobe was one of the best players to have ever played in the NBA. A fierce competitor, and had jaw dropping skills.

Just listened ti the ATC tape. Flight sounded normal, Kobe not flying it.

Pilot flying low in min VFR conditions, following roads and waiting for Special VFR clearance to enter airport airspace (c, d, whatever it is called these days).
