I say just Ride Quinn out the rest of the season, keep losing, get that #1 draft pick.
End of season plans - Fire Dimitroff, Quinn, and the entire rest of the regime of coaches we have currently.

I can't believe this thread is still here.
The guys on sports talk radio said Quinn may be like your cool uncle - he lets you go out with friends, have beer (or two) and watch TV until way too late. You really like him, but what you really NEED is the strict parent that makes you eat the veggies, get the home work done first and go to bed early.
Their take was that while the players love him, he must not be the right coach for the team. The players seem to be worn out in 3rd qtr, making dumb mistakes, getting penalties and don't know the rules.
I really liked Quinn when he was picked, but it's not working now. I'd say make the change at this point (or very soon) and let's start trying to right the ship.
