A Question For Those That Really Do Carry Everyday, Everywhere (Almost)

Used to be a model 60, but just picked up a 640 hammerless.

Off center, small of back

Occassionally a 5" 1911 or PX4, OWB Blackhawk on hip if weather justifies a big coat.
 
You wont carry Mexican again if you ever get knocked on your ass.

It's not my preferred position, but I work in a business suit environment where I can't afford to flash a piece (or a profile) if I carry in a hip position.

If there is a better option, I'm all ears.

Im not sure I would call it "better" but 3-4 is much safer and quicker. Excluding the spinal damage if you were to land on your back, having to reach around under a suit to 6 oclock to draw from concealment is a bit laggy.
