Anybody know anything about a black Remington 1187 sps t 21” ? I know the camo ones are highly sought after but is the black the same gun just in a different color ? Also can anybody estimate a value ? Just can’t really find anything about them online and want to make sure I’m getting a good turkey hunting gun ! Thanks !!

Remington 1187 sps t question

I've never owned the 1187, but I think they're a good weapon. I've owned the other Remingtons. As I remember the difference is you can use 3" and 2 3/4" interchangeably. The 1100s had 2 different type barrels. One and two gas ports to accommodate the lower power 2 3/4 and high power 3" shells.
Anyways, the 21" barrel is very nice. Swings easy and with screw in chokes, patterns very well. It'll make a nice turkey gun, or anything else for that matter.
As far as price, I'd figure about the same as a basic one. You know, no frills
