No, I think we can make a very educated guess right now just by looking at both their schedules, not based on pre-season rankings. Scooter's comment was to imply Alabama opened the season by playing against high school-level competition, which was just a silly troll. I think the SEC West teams generally have a little tougher schedule than do teams in the SEC East right now. Georgia's big games for the entire regular season will be Clemson and then Florida. That's it. Kudos to UGA for shutting down Clemson, but they've got a pretty open path to the SEC championship game now. Alabama has more road blocks.
