2009? Sig was still making P229 without the rail in 2009? I have seen(and bought) non-railed P229's for $450. CDNN has the P229 E2 with rail for $559. They had the non-railed P229 for <$500 for several years but presently don't show one.FYI the gun was made in 2009 so it's not 20 plus years old
You can convert a 40 to 357sig and vice versa. (drops mic and walks away)
Well aren't you just a lucky guy2009? Sig was still making P229 without the rail in 2009? I have seen(and bought) non-railed P229's for $450. CDNN has the P229 E2 with rail for $559. They had the non-railed P229 for <$500 for several years but presently don't show one.
My current Sig is a P224 SAS with night sights and it was only $600. And, yes, it is a 40 S&W. It also uses standard P229 mags (although I do have a sleeve for the carry mag so it is a smooth transition from grip to mag).
LOL. Lucky, yes...smart...not so much. I sold my P229 for what I paid for it, then bought a P227 SAS Gen 2 for a grand and sold it(at a loss), THEN I bought the P224. I am SO done buying Sigs....well...y'now...Well aren't you just a lucky guy
You only gotta do it onceOnly problem with converting a Sig is the barrel is so damn expensive. With a Glock it's a hundred bucks. Double that for a Sig.
