Used to be one at exit 137 on I-85 at Gainesville exit .and one at exit 19 in Anderson SC. They also had best steak biscuits around. Great fried chicken like mamas.

Chicken Shack, aka Blakely Chicken in Blakely GA. There used to be an old black man that fried the chicken there. lawdamercy, it sure was good. The hot wings had the spices in the batter and they were not soaked in hot sauce. They were just fried.
My son and I stopped by there on our way back from a trip to Dothan AL last year. Sadly the old guy had passed and the chicken just didn't taste the same.
