What's the menu for New Years Eve?

With the colder weather coming in I decided tonight would be a good night for 15 bean soup with lots of ham added. A nice pan of cornbread should partner nicely. Tomorrow I'm going to smoke some baby backs and make a pot of black eyed peas. This year has flown by so fast it's hard to believe it's almost gone.

We decided on grilled NY strips, grilled jumbo shrimp kabobs and steamed broccoli this year for New Years Eve dinner. Will post pics if I can remember to take them. I should already be about six beers deep at that point.

I pretty much know what everyone's traditional New Years day meals are. Does anyone have a tradition for New Years Eve dinner?

Ours is usually steak and some kind of seafood such as crab legs, lobster tails or shrimp. What do you normally do for New Years Eve dinner?
