With the colder weather coming in I decided tonight would be a good night for 15 bean soup with lots of ham added. A nice pan of cornbread should partner nicely. Tomorrow I'm going to smoke some baby backs and make a pot of black eyed peas. This year has flown by so fast it's hard to believe it's almost gone.

Love a good 15 bean soup in the colder weather. Usually fix mine with a pound of sliced Conecuh sausage in it.

I added some Conecuh to it in addition to the ham. First time trying it but not the last. It was delicious.
