What's your favorite fried chicken joint?

Ok so we have a barbecue thread with lots of places I'm going to have to try.
So forget barbecue for a minute and lets talk about another southern staple Fried chicken MMM.
So who serves the best?

The best I've ever had has to be from Gus's fried chicken in Memphis Tennessee.

Newts fried chicken counter in Lagrange. It's in a gas station off the last exit before you cross into Alabama.

Butcher Block is pretty good as well as Mary Macs. And Popeye's is the number one fast food pick.

Carter Burgers in Cordele,Ga. Best Chicken around here. Second is the Fast Stop ,but I am not allowed back there. They have a no firearms policy.

Publix actually made the top ten list in one of the local food magazines' best fried chicken article.

Scott's Bbq in Cartersville is the best I know of, but I think homemade on the grill will top all,if done right.

Publix has some of the worst, dry chicken I have ever tasted...
Their sandwiches are on point though.
