What do you think of the all time model, where all time is happening/has happened/will happen already, but we are just perceiving time as here and now. Quantum mechanics makes it seem as if particles were borrowing energy from their future state to power their now state in the pigeon hole experiment and double slit experiment.

It is possible. With our limited perception it is hard to rule anything out. Although you have to ask what would be the point of the universe and what mechanism prevents everything from just slipping to the "end state" and it cuts against our concept that time is a component property of space. Most likely it is grasping at a comfortably familiar coordinate system for something our brains are not wired to understand.

Some of the postulations of QM requires borrowed energy from... "somewhere" in order for the maths to work. "The Future" is handy.
