Thanksgiving

What's on your menu? I have a dozen folks or more so I always cook a variety.

This year something a little different:
Fresh georgia shrimp.
Lobster from keys.
Smoked trout from Georgia mountains
3 whole chickens air fried

I'll grill some wood ducks if I kill some Thursday morning.

Everybody brings the rest.

We haven’t had turkey in many years. Usually Ham, or occasionally a prime rib roast and all the other fixings. But, this year I’m gonna do a ReqTec turkey just for a change and see if it changes my (our) minds about it.

I'm a damn Yankee so I'm gonna make a big ass turkey and stuff it. Stuffing made outside of a turkeys ass is just wrong.

big ol turkey on the smoker. just a little salt and pepper, butter rub, and cherry bourbon barrel pellets.
may do some kind of venison. last year i did a roast and some poppers. i like the turkey, but the sammiches for the few days after rule....
