Thanksgiving Cornbread Stuffing... make homemade or buy mix?

A gr8 old fashion dressing I make every year .
Pan of cornbread and a pan of buscuits.
6 raw eggs.
Broth from the turkey I cook.
Cut up a big onion.
Cup of oil.
Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic powder
Sage

How great are the midnight raids on the dressing dish in the fridge?

Until you forget to turn off the microwave before the beep and it wakes up everyone else.

If I'm going to the trouble of making dressing, you bet your ass I would, and I do when asked to make the dressing....this year I've been assigned other duties...making a batch of cornbread is as easy as going to the store, and buying whatever they advertise as "cornbread"
