wow kinda surprised how this poll went. as far as a real life situation i would say the npap is better as you most likely arnt gonna have any ear pro in and once you've shot a 92 with none, you wont want too again

why did that round get banned (5.45) from import but other rounds weren't effected?

ok im guessing this was an executive order that didn't make any headlines? how the hell did that happen? i don't even shoot that caliber, but what the hell?! 5.56 comes in steel core and a lot of steel core is imported (wolf). is it just that caliber? Im a police officer and i can't think of any valid officer safety to ban that stuff. I'm more likely to get killed with my own gun than a rifle. let alone a steel core round not that it would matter anyways…. I'm about tired of the politics going around

It's considered AP by the ATF because of the steel core. It would sail through most police vests...and somehow if it'd a pistol suddenly it's dangerous...but not for a rifle.
Wolf/tula .223 is bimetal jacket but still lead core.
