Hello to all,
I'm new to the site, and guns for that matter. I am a felon.
Caught breaking fed law, tried in fed court, and served fed time.
It has been over a decade since my full release.
I have used the search engine and all these posts lead to no answers for me.
As my name states, Bladerunner, i am forced to resort to archery and "edged" weapons for
hunting and self defense. Yeah, i know, stupid to bring a knife to a gun fight.
I need help in an explanation of the legislature of the 2nd where i can be armed in my hom
Am i misunderstanding it? If i cant buy one, how can i have one in my home?

And just to add, my crime was not gun or drug related. And no,zero history of any violence.
Am i just S.O.L.? Or can i somehow get this reversed?
I read about relief of disability, but there is no clause for the federal level.
Thanks for the help.

My belief from having family members as LEOs is that a convicted felon has no right to even own a firearm (ever), and that selling or giving one to a convicted felon is an arrestable offense!

I'm no lawyer but it's my understanding that you can not carry in your home. I don't think you can even have a roommate with a gun in the house. Unless you get the felony expunged, I think you're screwed.

You can get a Challenger with a rebel flag on the roof and start going by Bo Luke thought.
