Metal Detector enthusiasts? aka Swingers??

I have an old White's Coinmaster. I used it a lot about 25 years ago. I had a relative use a Garrett's down along the grassy area between the sidewalk and the curb. He found an old "US" belt buckle. It was near the location of an old Union hospital on Pine Avenue in Albany. I still use mine occasionally but mostly to find lost metal parts in the grass and to locate property markers. Have had friends to borrow it too for lost jewelry.

I go all the time. Hunt mostly with an at pro. Pulled a 37 Washington and a 28 merc today. Didn't even have to use my detector.

Last year we bought a metal detector for our kids. Not too expensive and it seems to work. The problem is that we have never been able to understand where we could actually (legally) use it.
