How are y’all cooking your birds?

Stale bread with butter, onions, and celery. I'm going to try something new this year and put some venison sausage in the leftover stuffing that doesn't fit in the turkey's ass.

Just kidding. Doesn't sound too awful. They put smoked oysters in stuffing in SC. Yuck.
 
I like to leave it frozen and use a deep fryer. JK. I put that bitch in the oven with a rub of bacon fat, olive oil, butter, porter house seasoning, and thyme. My wife's family today. As all of us siblings are married and have multiple family obligations I claimed Thanksviving Eve for my family. So we dont have Turkey 2 days in a row and my brother's wife fam has a standing beef rib roast tradition i do a giant pork rib roast done sergeant at arms on Thanksgiving Eve for my family. It was awesome as usual. Here is a pic before it went in the oven. My wife has the after pics. I'll get it later. Rosemary, thyme, dried mustard powder, salt, pepper, bacon fat, butter, apple cider brine. Happy Thanksgiving. eat till you puke.
