I’m not a boomer, but a GenXer who retired at 51…I’d gladly give up my Social Security when I’m eligible…if they’d just repay what I paid into it over the years plus the interest they made. I’d rather manage my own money that they involuntarily took from me.

Hell, they can keep the "interest" just pay me what I paid into it AND the "employer's contribution." Don't you just love how they make it out like your employer is some benevolent benefactor who pays into your Social Security account out of the goodness of their little hearts?
