Boomers cringing at “idiot marks” is on the same level as millennials cringing over the word “moist”.

It really just illustrates that folks spend too much time on the internet nodding their heads like drones at their favorite influencers and then parroting someone else’s thoughts.

I know that story WELL. Believe it or not my first 1911 was a blued Colt Series 80. Still the only Colt I ever owned AND... it already had the mark of the idiot when I got it.

The only way I scored a Colt 1911 in my early 20s was because a "friend" had a bench warrant and needed $200.00. But I assure you that the half moon scratch was already there.
