well, I dont think its as much about belief as it is common sense. If you do too much, you'll pay the price. If you do it to cut cost and add a gun to the collection for person use, youll be fine. If that werent the case, a lot of us would be under the jail. If it werent the case, why can you buy stripped lowers at just about any gun store and not need a license to manufacture?

they also fail to keep in mind, that the $700 garage build, isnt worth $1250 bc they used a rattle can of FDE paint to make it cooler
