Any one know a good method for cleaning a sealed 9mm suppressor?

talk to the manufacturer of the can , as stated above a dirty can is generally quieter , be careful with chemical cleaning I have read stories on other boards of guys eating up cans with harsh chemicals .

Ultrasonic cleaning can eat up aluminum - esp with the wrong chemicals! Be careful... I soak mine in laquer thinner, then scrape and clean the blast chamber with a microabrasion unit at my office (same thing we use to clean the cement out of crowns and bridges). Old scalers and such work great for cleaning threads and such. Ask your dentist if he has any old hand instruments you can have, they pile up after a few years! The blast chamber gets the most buildup and deposit - keep that clean and your baffles will collect less as the deposit will stay in the blast chamber.

This is what I'm afraid of. I don't want my can being damaged. There Is only one thing other than spiders that scares me to death... That's the dentist. I clam up and get terrified. Don't ask me why. so the dentist option is a no go haha

I think I'll just dirty it up really good and then have it jail broke and let them clean it.

After jailbreaking it, maybe invest in another can? :D You'll have something to play while you wait
