I agree with the OP..Taco bell just doesn't taste as good if I cant go inside and sit down,

I like to open the bag and take each of the items out the bag and unwrap each and lay all the items out on the table and let them breathe and to have the aroma and atmosphere of fine dining at a high end Mexicano Restorante' experience.

I usually play some mexi music off youtube on my phone for the true experience of South of the border dining..like a Cantina down in Ol Mexico..

I get lots and lotsa of the little hot sauce packages and rip them open and fill a bowl with them and pretend its salsa and chips..

I lay all the items out like a Mexican buffet and as a gentleman I always let the lady I have asked out on the date to make the first choice and select and then describe to her the diffrences between each item we will be dining on for the evening....Gorditas and Chulupas and burrittoes.

They always comment how impressed they are with my vast knowledge of Mexican Cuisine.

But there is a secret.. I haven't told them about dessert.. I have saved the best for last as I reach in the bag and pull out Cinnamon twists that I have been hiding in the bag for a surprise!!

There's a new Chic Fila in Wanrer Robins that I haven't been to and won't. I'm told its just a pick up window evwn though its a walk in place. The other locations like here in Perry still haven't reopened the dining room. I'll say it one more time. If its drive through only and I can't sit down or take a piss when I need to then I need a discount. They should price their food like Checkers does. But it wasn't like I was ever going back to Chic Fila anyway after the CEOs stupid ass statement about white folks apologizing for racism.

Perhaps you should check with the franchisee of the place, he may not be a fan of the CEO, either. Just a guy trying to make a living.
And NOBODY runs a drive thru like Chic-Fil-A.
Get the app and try ‘em out. I’ve never waited more than about 5 minutes, even when there’s 2 lines wrapping around the building.

Went in to racetrack to get a drink and snacks.
Walked up to the counter to pay and the three people behind the plexiglass pointed to the self checkouts and said those are open.
I dropped my drink and chips on the ground and said these are on the ground for you to actually do some work and left.
Will not cross that threshold ever again.

I see your point and previously I was a supoorter even though its not my favorite food . They made more than a few employees owners and sent more than a fee kids to college. Normally I can overlook a stupid statement here and there. But when they combine stupid statements with knuckling under to Covid stupidity AND for an extended peiod then I'm just done with them. Kinda like the big book stores. After the way they tried to mask shame me last year I will never go back. And to ME... they should be glad for people in my demographic that still want hard copies of books and magazines. Same goes for the man bun bully at Guitar Center in Macon.
See its all in your approach. I've sold enough cars and other goods and read enough about sales/closing to know that you can get most folks to do all kinds of **** they normally wouldn't just by how you go about asking them. As in...If any one of those milenial pukes would have said " Sir, if you don't put a mask on WE get in trouble and maybe fired." Then I would've responded with " Well I feel for you . Still leaving amd not masking up. But I sympathize with your position. " But when they come in hot telling me what I WILL do or else...nobody is gonna respond agreeably to that.

I have heard the small Walmart on Atl hwy in Athens can’t get enough workers.
