With practice ammo hard to come by, what are you practicing?

Dryfire and a .22 Upper.

I use LaserHit for dry fire practice. I start at five feet for the draw, then 10 ft, 15 ft, 20 ft and 37 ft (length of my house in doors) at a square sticky note. This has improved my basic principles.

I use the range at 10 ft, 15 ft, 20 ft and 40 ft to reinforce the principles and work on recoil management. Then I finish off at a 25 m target. A day at the range will use 100 rds for each pistol, so when Ammo is short, I limit to one pistol. I’ve been buying a little here and there, as available to keep Ammo stocked.

I was looking for an Airsoft M&P clone to practice with since my EDC is an M&P9c. I was after the gas operated models, not the spring operated ones.
It looks like there's a shortage of good quality Airsoft pistols too.
