Took one off the smoker this morning at 9:00. Pretty tasty!
My corned beef is still curing in the fridge for the next 7 days! You guys are posting some amazing meats!

This stuff shreds so easy! It finally cured for 10 days in the fridge, half went in the Dutch oven (pictured) and the other half is on the long slow cook in the crock pot. I couldn't fit the cabbage in the Dutch oven so I'm gonna make it separately. MANNNNNN!!!!!
Thanks for the tip, I got 2 more left. I'm gonna try making a pastrami like a previous poster, cuz THAT LOOKS AWESOME!
I've bought a brisket half and cured my own before but trimming a whole one is a game-changer! I CANNOT describe how good this is!
