    Thanks! Turned out pretty! 12 hours cook time and 3 hours resting makes for a happy mother and mother in-law haha

    This stuff shreds so easy! It finally cured for 10 days in the fridge, half went in the Dutch oven (pictured) and the other half is on the long slow cook in the crock pot. I couldn't fit the cabbage in the Dutch oven so I'm gonna make it separately. MANNNNNN!!!!!

    Thanks for the tip, I got 2 more left. I'm gonna try making a pastrami like a previous poster, cuz THAT LOOKS AWESOME!
