Sams club prime whole packers normally 2.69-2.89 a lb. I jumped on the kroger deal b/c i will buy cheap bulk brisket any time and freezer it for a random weekend. Just started injecting, increases flavor deeper in the meat, and normally wrap with pink butcher paper. heavy salt and peper, medium garlic. Anybody else inject?
