Where do you keep your pistol while driving?

I know a lot of people who keep their piston in the glove box or console of their vehicles while driving. I used to do this as well, but reconsidered it in the last year.

Now, while I am driving, it is tucked (in the holster) between the seat and the console. I am not wild about the arrangement, but I think it allows a faster retrieval if needed.

My question is, does anyone do something similar or have a suggestion for holsters designed for car/truck mounts?

Yup Uncle Mikes IWB. Love it!! my G23 stays there.

I did that for a while as well, but I can't carry at work, so that kills the IWB idea most days. Also, I normally carry at 4:00 and am a bit concerned about accessibility while sitting.

Yeah, I wouldn't even want an empty holster visible. Too much temptation for someone to see if it is locked in the glove box.
