Love a good haggle l, hate a stupid lowball offer
I prefer the adult approach. If its a reasonable offer or something I might like, then I'll think about it. If it's just another Canik or Dagger or some other inbred offer or 50% off lowball offer I usually just say "No thanks" and move on.
I disagree with your premise. I take a libertarian approach which is to deal in good faith, negotiate when necessary, and only ignore if the other party is being ridiculous or a complete jackass.
A good deal is when both parties walk away happy. Which, up until lately, has been my experience here.

There actually some interesting negotiators on the site. They make the haggle process fun.
I always answer back. Rather do PM that clog the thread. I might give a little on my price (but what I post is reasonable after looking over what’s available and what it’s GOING for lol). But nah, if I buy on here I pay asking price and ignore the up-pricing/bidding bs.
If it seems like a fair price and I want it I buy it. I do not enjoy telling someone else what their merchandise is worth. If they have it priced to try to gouge the market, I let them put it back in the safe or let them sell it to whoever loves the bickering, bargaining, (jewing down), car salesman tactics. I despise being "sized up" in a deal. Or attempting to "size up" the seller. If I don't like the price I leave it on the shelf.
