Franks for heat but pete for flavor. I like them all. Love going to firehouse subs and trying all of their variety. They have one called gator sauce I really like.

I have one called Arizona gunslinger made with jalapeños. Amazing flavor and good heat too. Try it if you run across it. My dad bought it out west when he drove otr. Got one bottle left from a case.

Slap ya Momma makes hot sauce? I've only used their Cajun seasoning. Love it in gumbo & jambalaya!
