On previous visits to TruPrep they had pre-made metal shelters that just had to be trucked to the location and buried. They might be a good place to start asking questions since they have stocked the shelters and should know who can install them. Good luck with your project.

I got the plans for a FEMA shelter and had one built in the underground portion of my basement at my old house. It wasn't overly expensive and I was very impressed with how sturdy it is. Take a look also at the FEMA website for plans and construction informaton.

These guys have some interesting stuff, and since it's pre-fab there's no need for specialized construction knowledge by the installer. They basically just need to dig a hole.

I wouldn't let anybody see it except for my best friends and not all of them just to select few. That way if the SHTF I wouldn't have a bunch of people knocking at the door.
