Dammit! I've seen boneless skinless but never deboned. I'm gonna get some of those!Kroger sells em. Factory Deboned chicken thighs brother. Makes this type stuff so much better! I put andouie sausage and cheese and then wrap mine in bacon. (Ive heard it's healthier that way) but they are awesome!
Damn that looks good!!! Hope it tasted even better!!!Mainly because I suck at boning...err...deboning chicken.
Deboned some leg quarters. That only took me a few hours to do.
I laid them out and mixed up some cubed stuffing mix that was cooked with some celery and chicken stock.
I cut open some sausage, basically just took the casing off. I used mild sausage and I used some chicken/feta/spinach from Publix.
So half got the mild and half got the chicken sausage.
Apparently I suck at tying also with the butcher string.
I didn't season the outside bc I can't figure what would go with the stuffing, so I decided to throw them on the grill with my smoker box.
I have cooked the chicken ones in the oven with rosemary/thyme/sage and then seared them on a griddle pan in the house, THAT is really good.
Hoping these will be better.
