The biggest pain in the ass thing I've ever cooked

Mainly because I suck at boning...err...deboning chicken.

Deboned some leg quarters. That only took me a few hours to do.

I laid them out and mixed up some cubed stuffing mix that was cooked with some celery and chicken stock.

I cut open some sausage, basically just took the casing off. I used mild sausage and I used some chicken/feta/spinach from Publix.

So half got the mild and half got the chicken sausage.

Apparently I suck at tying also with the butcher string.

I didn't season the outside bc I can't figure what would go with the stuffing, so I decided to throw them on the grill with my smoker box.

I have cooked the chicken ones in the oven with rosemary/thyme/sage and then seared them on a griddle pan in the house, THAT is really good.

Hoping these will be better.

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder. The outside is important too.
