Survival classes/information trading/group formation

Awesome machete. I have a normal one, and I just bought that new carnivore from wally world looks deadly! haven't tested functionality but I have my hopes set high. As far as the sharpeners go, I bought mine at the gun show, and the guy sharpened my knife with it and cut that paper like that so theres no gimmick, Its definatly awesome! Anyone who hasent seen the video should definatly take a look. here it is one more time http://theblocksharpener.com/ I didn't get a chance to check the map, but its your domain, you know the area Im following you.

I live right off 92 and 120 so wherever around there is fine. I've only been into prepping for 2 years but I'm only 24 and was raised in a liberal home where guns and hunting were seen as taboo. Hope I can catch up. Are we planning a day thing or a overnight thing this time?

I have a separate post in the survival section about bugout camping, this is something that me and a few others want to do, I would love for you to join us if possible. we will be covering anything there that we don't have time to cover with Johnny. I think he is busy or something so I don't think he will be camping with us. If you do want to go and/or have anything specific you want to learn or test please post it on that thread. or It mabe something that we have time to cover while Johnny is there, Im not sure but I know the list is getting long lol

I've seen it in the case, it does look mean...

If y'all r doin an over night ur gonna have to eat. With that said I'm curious about ur mess kits. I use 1 or the other of these 2, mostly the first one called a (seagull) MSR stowaway

or

http://www.amazon.com/Stanley-Adven...sr=1-1&keywords=stanley+camp+cook+and+cup+set
if using the Stanley I don't use the ccups both are stainless steel so if needed you can put them strate into a camp fire to cook without worry about it melting like aluminum or titanium. They weight a little more but not too bad

I keep 2 small honing stones in an old knife case, straps to my belt, you know in case of dings and dents in the blade, & to keep a fine edge on my blade. I like the carnavore machete, pretty cool, but i tend to use a small brush axe, after doing tree work many years. also a good thought, ya'll keeping up on tying ropes(bowline knot, running bowline,etc..) these are useful for making traps, building shelters and the like..just a thought..

That's the closest spot, follow 120 a little further and there is a nice stretch of woods down on the right with a stream. I was told it was WMA but my research says its not
