12 years later shouldn't group 3 already have a thriving community in GA? I would like to see that project successful before investing in a foreign country

Maybe we do...12 years later shouldn't group 3 already have a thriving community in GA? I would like to see that project successful before investing in a foreign country
Romantic idea, but I ain't leaving. I'd rather stand ground right where I'm at.
We are going to do both - keep our place here and get a place in Panama (rent out whichever we are not staying in as a short or mid-term rental). Keeps the options open.
