I'll say one thing...they sure are pretty.Went by a friends house today he had smoked some in his pellet smoker—-holy hell Batman they were delicious,I will be trying some soon.if you like boiled eggs try it.

I was out of hickory so I used maple and was very happy with the result.

225° for 2 hours seemed about perfect. These where large eggs, the biggins might need a little more time.What temp and how long??
I didn't, just popped them in the smoker.Do you do anything to them beside wash fresh eggs?
