I did 90 minutes at 200 and they were a little over done, I will try 60 minutes next.

I smoke boiled eggs. The 200 at 90 is done, I like a soft boiled egg so next I’m gonna try 200 for 75 minutes.

Went by a friends house today he had smoked some in his pellet smoker—-holy hell Batman they were delicious,I will be trying some soon.if you like boiled eggs try it.
