I just spoke to my contact in the LG's office and he believes the suppressor language passed through. I'll try and go up the Clerk's office now.

Okay I have the final senate bill and the house amendment and it appears the house amendment stripped it of the suppressor language

What does the number in the very top right corner of the copy read?

It should be something similar to "HB155/SCSFA/2"

Guys I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but unless this was secretly added back in, in a conference committee, the suppressor language is NOT in the bill on the governor's desk. Yes it passed both houses, but not in a version with the suppressor amendment in there. Notice that the link sent out says "as passed by the senate" in the upper right. They have not updated it to show the changes made in the house, which is the final version. I spoke to my rep over the weekend, and he confirmed it was removed. They just haven't updated the site, which is understandable with the rush at the end of the session.

I would love to eat my words, but I don't think I will.

If they did it in a committee, then you're right but I know there was no recorded Floor vote and the only published versions show it still in there. The guys in Social Circle believe it's still there as well.

I sincerely hope you are right, but most groups barely even paid attention to this, and all I've talked to didnt even realize it was even added to HB155 til it was too late. Rep Knight clearly states that he is removing that language from the bill in the video a few pages ago. My rep confirmed the same. ITs clear the intent was to remove it.

That is exactly what it reads. Suppressor language was struck.

OKay guys I begin it with the house amendment that stripped it, then the text of the bill. If you look at the lines removed from the bill it is the ones in regards to suppressors. I spoke with legislative council and they confirmed that it got stripped from the bill. I also spoke with some other contacts that reassured me.

Where is page two? Line 57 is where the suppressor language started.
