Needs to be 3/4" thick and fried on a camp fire.

Great with sharp cheddar cheese on top of the bologna too. With tater tots. Best sammich known to mankind.

If you go to Kroger and check the beer section you can get the 16 oz Coors and Coors Light for $1.00 a can. When Coors first made it to this side of the country it was really good beer. But its sensitive to temperature and getting rechilled. That will ruin it. And the distributor in Macon receives it cold but then leaves iton the loading dock or in the hot warehouse. After that it's ruined.

Y'all gotta try sprinkling a suger on top of the fried Bolognese while it's still hot...makes it a little syrupy when the sugar melts.....whew wee it's good....it'll make a puppy pull a freight train
